Our corporate wellness initiatives are designed to support the whole person, not just the employee — creating space for reflection, resilience, and renewed purpose in the workplace. Through guided coaching, journaling practices, and grounding exercises, we help teams: Reduce stress and build resilience Improve focus and emotional balance Strengthen communication and connection Foster a culture of authenticity, purpose, and growth Our offerings are flexible and can be tailored to your organization’s unique needs, including: Workshops & Group Coaching – interactive sessions that encourage reflection and collaboration Corporate Grounding Journal – a practical tool to bring daily mindfulness and intention into the workday Wellness Retreats & Keynotes – inspirational experiences to re-energize teams and leaders Because an organization’s greatest asset is its people — and when individuals feel grounded, motivated, and valued, success follows naturally.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Scheduling: All bookings should be confirmed at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Final participant numbers should be provided no later than 7 days prior to the event. Corporate programs can be customized, but requests for major changes must be made at least 2 weeks prior. 2. Payment & Invoicing A deposit 35% is required to secure the date. Full payment is due 7 business days prior to the scheduled session/event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payments: ACH transfer, credit card, or company check. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may transfer deposits to a new date. Cancellations made within 14 days may result in full forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling requests are honored based on availability and may incur an administrative rescheduling fee. 4. Travel & Venue (In-Person Sessions) The client is responsible for providing an appropriate venue for all in-person sessions. Travel costs are based on distance from Milwaukee, WI, and will be agreed upon prior to the session: Within 30 miles – No additional travel charge. 30–100 miles – Standard mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate. Over 100 miles – Mileage reimbursement plus lodging and per diem expenses, as needed. Air Travel Required – Client covers airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and per diem expenses. All travel arrangements will be discussed in advance to ensure clarity and fairness. 5. Confidentiality & Respect Group coaching and workshops are conducted in a confidential, safe, and respectful environment. While no personal details will be shared outside the session, the company may receive generalized feedback and recommendations (never identifying individuals). 6. Materials & Intellectual Property All session content, exercises, and journal materials are the intellectual property of Authentically You Life Coaching, LLC. Handouts, journals, or recordings may only be reproduced or distributed with written permission. 7. Participation Expectations Company leadership is encouraged to model participation to help set the tone. Attendees are expected to be present and engaged for the full duration of the session. 8. Refunds Due to scheduling and preparation, refunds are generally not available once the booking is confirmed. Exceptions may be considered in extraordinary circumstances.
